Biotech Campus Delft and YES!Delft have partnered up to support Biotech startups through a special course called the Biotech Validation Lab. This program is aimed at startups with innovative technologies and disruptive solutions in (industrial) biotechnology. In a period of 3 months, the startups will work on their product to market fit and validate their value proposition with potential customer to define a strategy to success.
About the Validation Lab
We received 35 relevant applications and the 8 best Biotech teams were selected to join the Validation Lab. During 12 sessions, starting on the 16th of May and finishing on the 19th of July, the startups will be trained on opportunity framing, customer validation, team building, pitching and value proposition design. Each team will be matched with mentor(s) (from DSM or external) from biotech-related business and/or technical experts, all leading professionals in their field. On the final day of the Validation Lab, the teams pitch their ideas once more at DSM with around 100 attendees from multiple fields. The winning pitch will get a voucher providing office space and a lab at Biotech Campus Delft.
