Possible inconvenience due to work on new building on Princess Beatrix Avenue

Since last summer, new construction is being realized on the Biotech Campus Delft at the Prinses Beatrixlaan. Through this message we would like to inform you about work that may cause inconvenience on a number of days in May and June.

As you have probably seen, construction is progressing at a fast pace and has arrived at pouring and then smoothing the concrete floors. The use of the machine for this smoothing may cause temporary inconvenience in the form of a humming noise and glare from the headlights of the machine.

On May 14, May 28, June 11 and June 25, 2024, the concrete will be poured during the day. Shortly after the pouring, when the concrete is setting,smoothing should begin. This work is expected to start around 6 p.m. until about 2 a.m.

To limit inconvenience to local residents, the facades on the side of 't Haantje will be closed as much as possible. The contractor will try to carry out the work as quickly as possible.
