Safety & Incidents

We provide full transparency regarding incidents on our campus.

We report all incidents involving the fire brigade, ambulance or police and other extraordinary occurrences that may have an impact on our environment. The safety measures in our laboratories make various lab activities possible. We have a maximum safety level for lab activities at ML1 and ML2 level.

In the unlikely event that an incident occurs at the Biotech Campus Delft, which poses a threat to the immediate environment, local residents will be warned via an NL-Alert. An NL-Alert tells you what is going on, what you should do and where you can find more information. NL-Alert is the government's alarm tool and you will receive it on your mobile.

So if you hear an alarm and/or emergency services on the campus, but you do not receive an NL-Alert, there is no reason to worry. If you are nevertheless worried, you can contact us on telephone number +31 (0)800-0231341 (24/7 available and free).

Also  for environmental (related) questions or complaints you can contact us via telephone number +31 (0)800-0231341 (24/7 available and free).
